In some cases, pre-operative imaging is performed to show the expected changes using this method.

Dr. Karam’s non surgical nose job in San Diego takes about 10-20 minutes to perform. A topical anesthetic is applied to numb the skin. There is very little swelling or bruising following the procedure. Most patients return to work right after. The most common fillers Dr. Karam uses are Radiesse and Restylane. These fillers last between 8 months to over 1 year in the nose. To maintain the new shape over the long run, minor touch-ups are performed.

As a prospective patient, it is important to recognize that given the complexity of the nasal anatomy, effective outcomes require an in-depth knowledge of the natural nasal shape.
