Patient 19

Upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin combined with fat transfer to restore the hollows resulting from volume loss.

Browlift and Periorbital Fat Transfer was performed to open the eyes and soften the "look."


Patient 21

Upper and lower eyelid skin-only blepharoplasty was preformed to remove the excess skin. A fat transfer was done to fill the hollows (skeletalization) around the upper and lower eyelid region. Notice how the eyes look healthier as a result of the increased orbital volume and removal of loose skin.

Gentleman with heavy upper eyelids. He was treated with an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and the lower lids were enhanced with a fat transfer to fill the hollows.
