Patient 1

Primary Rhinoplasty: Note the enhancement of her overall appearance and facial balance following tip rhinoplasty and nasal length reduction.

Patient 2

Primary Rhinoplasty. The goal of the rhinoplasty was to create a nose that "matched" the rest of her facial features. Her pre-operative nose was too masculine. The post operative nose is significantly more delicate, feminine, and balanced. As a result, her face appears more attractive and harmonious.

Patient 3

Closed Rhinoplasty. Note the significant enhancement of the face following rhinoplasty. Achieving the optimal balance and proportion is the key to a successful outcome.

Patient 4

Reduction Rhinoplasty. The primary goals in this case was to reduce the overall size and enhance the contour of the nose. Note how much softer and prettier her appearance has become as a result of this procedure.

Patient 5

Primary Open Rhinoplasty. 1 year after after profile modification to reduce the bridge and improve the overall aesthetic balance and to create a more feminine look.

Patient 6

Revision Rhinoplasty. 1 year post operative. This patient had 2 prior rhinoplasty operations with other surgeons. She had tip ptosis (tip droop) and a polly beak deformity (due to the lack of tip support). In her case a strong columella strut was used to support her tip and the tip cartilages were modified to create a more attractive and elegant profile.

Patient 7

Hispanic Rhinoplasty. This is an example of creating a more feminine and attractive profile. Note how this new nose compliments her other facial features and enhances her overall beauty.

Patient 8

Primary Open Rhinoplasty. Note the significant enhancement of the naso-facial balance and harmony. As a result, she prettier and her nose looks likes it belongs on her face. This is the goal of rhinoplasty.

Patient 9

Secondary Open Rhinoplasty. This patient had suffered trauma to her nose and was left with a prominent hump on her bridge. The operation was preformed to soften the hump and create a softer nose that doesn't change her look- just enhance it.

Patient 10

Middle Eastern Rhinoplasty. The goal in this case was to create a nose that softens her appearance and enhances her other facial features. The bridge, overall nasal size, and tip were modified to succesfully acheive this goal.

Patient 11

Septo-rhinoplasty was performed to correct an extremely crooked nose from previous sports injuries. Advanced techniques were performed to straighten the nose as much as possible and to correct his breathing problems.

Patient 12

Primary Open Rhinopasty The proportions of her pre-operative nose did not match the rest of her face. The nose was distracting from her other features. Following the procedure, the nose has significantly better harmony and enhances her other facial features. Despite a significant change, she remains natural and un-operated appearing.

Patient 13

Revision Rhinoplasty This patient had a previous rhinoplasty by another surgeon and felt that her nose lacked balance. The tip appears overly projected relative to the height of the bridge. In this case, the tip height was reduced to match the bridge height. The profile looks more balanced and less operatated.

Patient 14

Primary Open Rhinoplasty. Note the significant enhancement of the naso-facial harmony. As a result, she looks more balanced and prettier. Her post operative nose looks like it belongs on her face and as a result has enhanced her other facial features.

Patient 15

Primary Rhinoplasty- the change creates a more feminine and balanced profile that complements her other facial features and enhances her natural beauty.

Patient 16

Secondary (Revision) Rhinoplasty - This patient had 2 prior rhinoplasty surgeries from another surgeon. The goal of our surgery was to create a nose that appears more natural in shape and contour. Many grafts were removed and replaced in a more subtle and naturally-appearing way. The end result is a nose that has less of the stigma of an operated nose.

Patient 17

Primary Closed Rhinoplasty- The patient had previous trauma to the bridge of his nose, leaving him with a bump. The goal was to acheive a smoother contour while creating a more appropriate balance for his face. The end result is a handsome profile that retains a masculine look.

Patient 18

Primary Open Rhinoplasty: The goal for this patient was improve the narrowing of the middle portion of her nose and acheive better balance between the upper and lower poles. On profile, the length of the nose was shortened and the tip was raised and deprojected to improve the overall look. The end result is a nose that is elegant, feminine and one that fits her face and ethnic background.

Patient 19

Primary Closed Rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty was performed to remove the hump and enhance the profile. The was refined in a very subtle way. The result preserves ethnic character, while, achieving enhanced balance and a more feminine appearance.

Patient 20

Non-Surgical. Example of a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty in an Asian Patient.

Patient 21

Non-Surgical. Example of a Non-Surgical A filler was used to improve the contour of the nasal bridge.

Patient 22

Asian Rhinplasty: Primary Rhinoplasty to create a subtle refinement and improved balance of her nose. The upper portion of her bridge was built up using diced cartilage wrapped in fascia and the tip was modified using a tip graft. The end result is a nose that is more feminine.

Patient 23

Prinary Closed Septorhinoplasty: This patient had very specific desires to have an enhancement of his profile without having a major change. This is another example of the importance of communication and meeting the patient's expectations. The procedure focused on decreasing the size of the hump while leaving him with the same general shape and attitude. The proportions are less extreme. His significant breathing difficulties were also addressed.

Patient 24

This young Middle Eastern patient underwent primary open rhinoplasty to create a more attractive and feminine yet natural-appearing nose.

Patient 25

Open Rhinoplasty. The overall goal was to reduce the size of the nose. Specifically, we wanted to remove the hump on the bridge and de-project the tip (bring it closer to the face). The outcome, very natural and appropriate for her face.
