Patient 26
Primary Rhinoplasty: The goal was to refine her nose by softening the bridge and
tip. A more balanced and attractive nose that complements the rest of her features was acheived.
Patient 27
Primary Septorhinplasty: This patient had multiple athletic injuries resulting in severe nasal obstruction and a "bump" on the bridge. Following correction, the profile contour is improved while leaving him looking masculine and unoperated. His breathing has also been significantly enhanced.
Patient 28
Primary Middle Eastern Rhinoplasty: 4 weeks post operatively. Note how the thick skin is contributing to the lack of tip definition on the front view. This is an example of an innovative method of working with patients with thick nasal skin. This unique technique thins the thick skin and allows the cartilage definition to show through. Note how the profile views look more elegant and attractive.
Patient 29
A closed approach primary rhinoplasty. She has a more feminine and elegant profile.
The new nose looks like it belongs on her face.
Patient 30
The dorsal profile was modified to create a more feminine and delicate appearance. This nose fits well with the rest of her facial features.
Patient 31
Primary Rhinoplasty:
Young patient who desired to have a more delicate and feminine profile. The post operative profile has a refined and elegant look.
Patient 32
A closed approach primary rhinoplasty and chin Augmentation. The goal was to achieve a delicate and balanced profile.
Patient 33
Open approach Rhinoplasty. Modification to the tip and bridge was performed to create a softer, "cuter" and more attractive profile.
Patient 34
Open approach Rhinoplasty with neck liposuction: The tip and bridge were modified to create a more feminine and attractive look.
Patient 35
Primary Rhinoplasty was preformed to improve the profile contour and create an overall smaller nose. The new proportions have removed the nose from the focal point on the profile.
Patient 36
A closed approach primary Rhinoplasty. The goal was to achieve a more delicate and balanced profile.
Patient 37
Open approach Revision Rhinoplasty. The patient had a previous Rhinoplasty which removed too much from the
bridge of his nose and a tip that lacked balance with the rest of the nose. Augmentation of the bridge of
his nose was performed using cartilage and the tip was modified to re-establish nasal-facial balance.
