Patient 43
Primary Septorhinplasty: This patient had multiple athletic injuries resulting in severe nasal obstruction and a "bump" on the bridge. Following correction, the profile contour is improved while leaving him looking masculine and unoperated. His breathing has also been significantly enhanced.
Patient 44
Primary Middle Eastern Rhinoplasty: 4 weeks post operatively. Note how the thick skin is contributing to the lack of tip definition on the front view. This is an example of an innovative method of working with patients with thick nasal skin. This unique technique thins the thick skin and allows the cartilage definition to show through. Note how the profile views look more elegant and attractive.
