Patient 43

Primary Septorhinplasty: This patient had multiple athletic injuries resulting in severe nasal obstruction and a "bump" on the bridge. Following correction, the profile contour is improved while leaving him looking masculine and unoperated. His breathing has also been significantly enhanced.

Patient 44

Primary Middle Eastern Rhinoplasty: 4 weeks post operatively. Note how the thick skin is contributing to the lack of tip definition on the front view. This is an example of an innovative method of working with patients with thick nasal skin. This unique technique thins the thick skin and allows the cartilage definition to show through. Note how the profile views look more elegant and attractive.

Patient 45

Patient 46

The dorsal profile was modified to create a more feminine and delicate appearance. This nose fits well with the rest of her facial features.

Patient 47

Patient 50

Patient 51

Primary Rhinoplasty was preformed to improve the profile contour and create an overall smaller nose. The new proportions have removed the nose from the focal point on the profile.

Patient 52

A closed approach primary Rhinoplasty. The goal was to achieve a more delicate and balanced profile.

Patient 53

Open approach Revision Rhinoplasty. The patient had a previous Rhinoplasty which removed too much from the bridge of his nose and a tip that lacked balance with the rest of the nose. Augmentation of the bridge of his nose was performed using cartilage and the tip was modified to re-establish nasal-facial balance.

Patient 54

Open approach Rhinoplasty. Modification to the tip and bridge was performed to create a softer, "cuter" and more feminine profile.

Patient 55

Open approach Revision Rhinoplasty. Dorsal Augmentation to help rebuild the over-resected nasal bridge. Tip modification was performed to create a balanced and natural-looking profile.
