Open approach Rhinoplasty. The goal was to achieve a more feminine and softer look.
The width of the nose was narrowed and the tip was refined.

An open approach primary rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. To create a more balanced
and attractive appearance.

A closed approach primary Rhinoplasty. A reduction of the nasal hump and reduction of
the tip projection.

A closed approach primary Rhinoplasty. A reduction of the nasal hump and reduction of

Open approach Rhinoplasty. Modification to the tip and bridge was performed to create a
softer, "cuter" and more feminine profile.

On front view, note the asymmetry in the tip. This was corrected with cartilage grafting. The profile was enhanced to create a softer more feminine appearance.

Rhinoplasty.
This patient had 2 prior nasal surgeries. In addition to a crooked-appearing nose, she had complete nasal obstruction on the right side. Her septum was relocated and reconstructed in order to open up the nasal passage. She has full recovery of her breathing and her nasal tip is straighter.

Primary Rhinoplasty. Reduction of nasal size and enhancement of shape. Spreader grafts were placed to correct the narrowed middle vault and improve the breathing and appearance simultaneously.
