Our Surgical Facility

All procedures are performed by Dr. Karam in his private, accredited surgical facility. The environment is designed with exam rooms, an operating suite, and recovery areas that reflect the same philosophy as the surgery itself: thoughtful, intentional, and consistent. Unlike hospital-based systems, where teams rotate, our team is a cohesive group that works together every day. Familiarity creates stability. Stability supports our patients’ outcomes. The Day of Surgery

Dr. Karam himself performs every Vertical Restore® in his controlled surgical facility.

You are welcomed by a team that already knows you. Final questions are addressed directly with Dr. Karam before the procedure begins. Surgery is performed under local anesthesia with sedation in a carefully controlled setting. Afterward, you recover under attentive supervision.
